Hi Hookuai, it's come to my attention that you've referred to another user as "smoothbrained," which, admittedly, I had to look up. Urban Dictionary defines it essentially as grossly derogatory and disparaging slang term to refer to a "stupid person," ostensibly in reference to the apparent lack of curves and creases on one's brain versus that of a normal brain. This is not okay, under any circumstances. While it's completely fine to criticize DarkMatterMan4500's tendency to locally block already globally locked users, or even to block users who've never contributed to said wiki, it's not okay to make disparaging or derogatory remarks to and/or about a person, especially when said remarks express an opinion on characteristics or features. This represents a particularly egregious violation of the Code of Conduct, a global policy to which all Mirahezians are bound on all platforms (i.e., Discord, IRC, and on-wiki).
I note this is now at least your third warning from a global functionary about a serious Code of Conduct violation, the previous ones by Reception123 here. Additionally, I've previously guided you about the Code of Conduct in the past on Discord, particularly, but not exclusively, related to dropping the stick with regard to Zenko.
As such, to stress the gravity of the situation, I'm warning you that if we receive any further Code of Conduct violations about you, your accounts (including your admitting to creating and using multiple wiki accounts) will be globally locked by a Steward.
As well, as a formally sanctioned user and given your previous self-admitted alternate accounts, I am imposing a global one account limitation, in accordance with user accounts policy, limiting you, as a person, to operating only one wiki account and one Discord account (on the Miraheze Discord server). You strongly advised to self-declare all past wiki and Discord accounts you've created and used in the past and which are currently connected to the Miraheze Discord server.
Finally, as a sanctioned user, to avoid you potentially self-requesting a lock to avoid potential future sanctions, any potential self-requested locks will not be considered by Stewards and Global Sysops.
