Top Movies is back, so make it so new users can't edit.

Having the wiki on lockdown like that over one user isn't a good idea. I have a potentially more effective idea on how to get rid of this user if they remain persistent.
Get him out in the same way as what the Miraheze admins did to Inkster.
I didn't mean that the wiki should lock down just because of one user. This and other Mainline Wikis have had a MASSIVE history of vandals and trolls. If we really want to stop vandals and trolls, then just disable editing for new users. We already did for anonymous users.
I still don't think it's a good idea because trolls and vandals will act innocent at first, and then start trolling around the second they obtain the necessary rights, rendering the extra security mostly pointless. Not only that, taking away those rights could prevent and dissuade new users who have a lot of potential from joining and editing the wikis.
Why was QwertyMan'65 blocked?
If you take a look at his activity on this and other wikis, you can see that he was inserting nonsensical statements into pages (which is essentially a mild form of vandalism), and causing drama for no good reason.
He even posted an offensive meme on Discord.
Okay, while you were gone...
I fixed the infoboxes back on April 11 since you fixed the infobox once, and I fixed most of them.
Are you talking about changing the "|Image" to "|Picture"? If so, thanks. I meant to go through all of them, but I got sidetracked by IRL stuff.
I did. So, You did once, but I did most of them until I stopped, but yes, I am talking about the newer infobox from April.
