Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2

Hello there. I am TigerBlazer and I love to work on these wikis. I also love movies (even some bad ones), which is why I am very active on this wiki. I primarily make pages here, but I also do some edits to other pages occasionally.

Pages I Made Here

Wing Commander (Film) (First page here and is also a featured page 🏆)

Star Trek: The Motion Picture

The Lord of the Rings (1978) (The 6th longest page here and featured page 🏆)

Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (The page was already here, but I completely rewrote it to look better. Also a featured page 🏆)

Pages I'm Going To Add In the Future

KISS! Meets the Phantom of the Park

The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea

Fellowship of the Ring (Soviet Union Adaptation)

The Sandlot 2

A Little Bit About Me

I am a Tolkien fan, and I like the animated The Hobbit and Return of the King, although the Peter Jackson films are better in my opinion. But I like lots of other fantasy stuff as well, such as Dungeons & Dragons. I am also a big Trek fan, as you can tell from the pages I made and my favorite films list below. I love video games the most though, and my favorite is Wing Commander. I spend most of my time playing RPGs on my PC and spend entire months devoted to a single game at times (I played Wasteland 2 for 90 hours in 1 1/2 months, and completion was truly satisfying.) I spend way to much time here on these wikis, but I have made a lot of friends here anyway so it doesn't matter to much if I'm enjoying myself. Sure, trolls can be annoying, but they never bother me to much.

How I Write Pages On This Wiki

My method for writing pages on this wiki is very different from my work on the other ones. Before I watch a film I am going to add to the wiki, I get out at most, three pieces of paper and two pencils. I also get out something to write on. I then put on the film on my TV and take notes while watching it. Usually, these notes are very short in length, but give me a basic idea on what to add. I then get to my sandbox when I finish the film, put in my notes, and add on to them drastically. I usually watch the film only once for the project, although I may watch it a second time in some cases. When I finish my pointers, I then add the plot of the film and for the "Reception" section, I consult Wikipedia and find critical reviews of the film, go to the links attached to them, and add the reference to my page. I also use Rotten Tomatoes sometimes and very rarely, IMDb.

Q&A

Question: Why are you remaking existing pages here?

Answer: Well, there are certain films on this wiki that are pretty bad, but they do not have large enough pages to explain all of their flaws. For example, I remade the Star Trek V: The Final Frontier page because it mostly explained that the plot was what was wrong with the film, but it had a lot more flaws than just that, including special effects, character development, wasted potential, and other things. Therefore, I remade the page to be higher quality. Some other pages like these have no reception sections and have a lack of references, which I fix when remaking these pages.

Question: Why add Star Trek: The Motion Picture here when you love it so much?

Answer: Simple, because not a lot of people like it. I'm in the minority of people who like it, and more people dislike it, so I decided to do what was best and add it here despite my bias for the film.
