"MauLer: WOW. (claps slowly) As if Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker wasn't enough of a biblical fuckup/perfect way to drive the corpse of a beloved franchise into the fucking pits of Tartarus/masterplan to signal to the audience that they really really hate their IP, they just had to go and top themselves in the agonizing-as-fuck department. Simply put, "The United States Movie: Patriotic Palooza!" is a failure in every sense of every word ever spoken by humankind and a surefire way for the American film & TV industry to straight-up confirm that they have fallen off the edge of glory and are now an Ice Walker/demon hybrid, soulless, vapid, and something that can’t be rescued as much as it needs to be euthanized. I never thought there will come a day when me and 3 of my friends would ever have the misfortune of submitting ourselves to a 330-minute circlejerk that rebels in the celebration of the land of the free and the home of the brave as a whole, but here. We. Are. And it's just as bad as we have imagined being.
MisAnthro Pony: Yea, verily. Back when I verbally tore apart the comic-exclusive tenth season of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, I said that thanks to the very problematic execution of the G5 movie as well as how horribly written this tenth season was, I was honestly worried that the people behind this franchise are starting to give up on these things in favor of milking its popularity bone dry, and I've already seen this happen to so many franchises in the last few years that I've just grown tired of seeing beloved franchises being used as tools for corporations to gain money at the expense of any good writing, and lo and behold, they actually somehow managed to make things worse than they already were! Much like the Star Wars sequel trilogy and The Last of Us Part II, A.K.A Neil Druckmann's glorified edge lord fan fiction that painted the psychotic pregnant woman throat slitter as the victim, it is an emotionally manipulative, poorly paced, terribly written, retcon infested, plot contrived, character assassinating, ass-pulling, and disrespectful experience that disregards everything people loved about the original source materials in favor of an ungodly mess of a plot that actively goes against good character and storytelling for the sake of meaning of feminist social justice warrior agenda, except with everything cranked up to 11 and is about 7 hundred billion times more cringy. The nation of France calling out for the legalization of child exploitation was one thing. This is on a whole new level of insanity.
Cartoonshi: And a whole new level of insanity it is! This right here is corporate evil at its finest, and basically amounts to a lot of American characters jerking themselves off for 5 and a half hours. And sure enough, it has it all: Flanderization, inaccuracy, eye-burning humor, characters taking too much screentime, a truly staggering amount of product placement, trying to be a kids' movie and an adult-oriented movie at the same time, some of the most blatant filler we have ever seen, false advertising, pandering to 90s and 2000s audiences, hating on Canada and Japan, and the most fucked-up bungleidiot of a villain ever put to film, taken from a movie that was already bad, to begin with. Sure, there are some great things in there, like a great premise, jaw-dropping animation, awesome fight scenes, and flawless use of SNK's Fatal Fury franchise, but those aren't enough to redeem this nuclear bomb of a cinematic motion picture. To paraphrase children's media reviewer, James A. Williams, in his review on United Kingdom The Movie: "If you are going to make these "ambitious crossover" type movies, at least focus on the story instead of focusing on the number of characters you add to it." And boy howdy, can you believe this movie has the exact same problems as the movie itself, but 100 times worse?
Schaffrillas Productions: I know, I cannot believe it either! To sum it up, it is so wrong on every level ever and is no doubt one of the worst things we have ever seen in our YouTube careers. In fact, I will even go this far to say that this is my new least favorite movie of all time, meaning it's 99x worse than literally every other movie that tried to get into the number 1 spot! I had never hated a product more than Artemis Fowl, and yet, this one did the job for me. Comparing these animated movies are tough, but I easily dislike The United States Movie: Patriotic Palooza! the most. They're all terrible, but Turbo has some dumb sarcastic fun to be had in it, despite being a movie for infants. Cars 2 didn't blatantly copy what came before it, had good looking animation and at least actually finished its story, Earwig and The Witch, in spite of me having problems with nearly every element of it, actually has a few good things to come out of it even though they have been done before in other Studio Ghibli movies, and hell, even though Surf's Up 2: Wavemania literally only exists so Sony could suck off these WWE stars while destroying everything the original Surf's Up had going for it, at least I had fun watching that disasterpiece. There is basically no going back from this hellhole, as it is by far the single most difficult movie we have had to slog through, and rewatching it while collectively working on the script for this big-ass critique was even bigger of a solo because we got absolutely zero enjoyment out of it. It is such a huge failure that we can't even ironically enjoy this trip to hell, which is the bare minimum we ask for in any bad thing. And that really comes to show how pathetic and worthless this movie is, and I will NEVER understand how this got greenlit by that bunch of stupid fucking shit-eating morons with no common sense! This right here is the opposite of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, and I do mean that, as not only is it THAT abhorrent, but it ultimately cements itself as a product that just wants to make you feel miserable while scamming you out of your money, all while making it its mission to so thoroughly despise you for being a fan of every single thing featured in this adaptation of Travis Scott's disastrous Astroworld Festival in 2021 and just wants to destroy all the happy memories that you made with them by any means necessary.
MauLer: And that goes to show how damning this movie is. It is a feature-length torture device that is just as unholy as the sum of its parts and can be summed up as a nuclear strike that that doesn't know that it wants to be. It is the definition of a notorious movie and should be hailed as a reminder as to what happens when one company takes too much control and gathers a bunch of purely horrible companies, and how it ends up with a hellish rollercoaster of a movie that sends everyone who sees it on a downward spiral that they never fully recover from. Hollywood, you're getting the humiliation you deserve. You deserve to be made fun of by everyone, and that includes us. Your actions have proven that all the time you spent trying to get everyone to see your stuff meant jackshit. We gave you our trust and you threw it in our faces like yesterday's trash. You lied to our faces because you don't care about anything except your miserable crusade to pander to the left and right. And we will never stop shouting at the world about how you're a monstrous evil industry, that needs to be exposed, and we will not stop until our dying breath. Get first in UNO? No, you, cinema.

The United States Movie: Patriotic Palooza! (sometimes known as USA: The Movie or United States: The Movie) is a 2024 animated film produced by 20th Century Studios in the collaboration with Planty Pictures. It was premiered at a big hotel for some reason and was released on November 22, 2024, and features an all-star cast. The movie itself contains a collaboration of Various Companies to feature many characters that were created or based in the USA including Marvel, Fatal Fury, American Dad, SpongeBob, Steven Universe, VeggieTales, Gravity Falls, Star Vs The Forces Of Evil, The Powerpuff Girls, Earthworm Jim, Arthur, Pokemon Sun And Moon, Pokemon Black And White, Moana, Teen Titans, Time Squad, Regular Show, Rugrats, Hey Arnold, Dexter's Laboratory, Rocko's Modern Life, Cars, Onward, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon, Final Fight, Disney's Recess, The Proud Family, Kim Possible, RWBY, The Loud House, Battle for Dream Island, Inanimate Insanity, Adventure Time, We Bare Bears, Despicable Me, Cuphead, U Got 45'd, My Little Pony G5 (A New Generation only), and many more. The film was directed by a resurrected Stephen Hillenburg (the creator of SpongeBob SquarePants) with the help of Seth MacFarlane (the creator of Family Guy and American Dad), the film mainly stars Takashi Kondo as Terry Bogard, Seth MacFarlane as Stan Smith, Tom Kenny as SpongeBob SquarePants, Zach Callison as Steven Universe, E.G Daily as Tommy Pickles and Buttercup, Phil Vischer as Bob the Tomato, Mike Nawrocki as Larry the Cucumber Tom Kenny as SpongeBob & Spyro, Bill Fagerbakke as Patrick Star, Scott Whyte as Crash Bandicoot, Debbi Derryberry as Coco Bandicoot and Jimmy Neutron, J.G. Quintel as Mordecai, William Salyers as Rigby, Steve Carell as Gru, and Asher Bishop as Lincoln Loud.

Terry Bogard, Stan Smith, and SpongeBob SquarePants, along with their pals live in the beautiful world of the United States, and they, alongside with many friends, were invited to a date party by Blue Mary. However, things go wrong when they start to realize that their dimensions are acting up, which caused an unknown evil force to challenge them to travel around various parts of the United States (and some parts of the fictional world) to prevent chaos. To do so, they must compete in various challenges. However, the film also centers on Terry's and Blue Mary's relationship.

Why It Sucks

  1. Much like United Kingdom: The Movie, the movie suffers from many problems, such as the fact that it is five and a half hours long and the directors had a lot of disagreements with the film, Stephen Hillenburg originally wasn't keen on the idea of SpongeBob being in the crossover, he thought it wouldn't work because the show takes place during underwater. He and Seth MacFarlane had a lot of arguments about whether SpongeBob should be cut from the film, but by the time they made the decision to cut him out, it was too late because the film was already 95% complete, so they had no choice but to put him in the movie anyways. To make matters worse, the directors had no control over the writing of the movie, and the writers seemingly had no idea about the original source materials for the pieces of media, so many of the characters are flanderized in the film.
    • Terry Bogard is still likable since he's the main character, but he sometimes feels so out of character. You see, Terry is sometimes pretty loud when he uses his signature attacks such as POWER WAVE. Another thing is that he claims his life pretty much changed when he first saw an entire episode of The Loud House, thus being pretty much obsessed with the Loud House (though he still cares about his friends).
    • Stan Smith is now a psychopath and a corrupt CIA cop who kills people that he arrests for no reason at all. He also likes to treat people's deaths like they're jokes.
    • SpongeBob becomes an obsessive anti-furry who has a massive hatred for them and treats them like they're worse than Hitler, which is offensive to furries. Not to mention, Sandy Cheeks has fur, which makes him a bigger hypocrite compared to Terry. He's even portrayed as an immature Karma Houdini who makes Krabby Patties just so he can throw them at people that he hates.
    • Chuck E. Cheese contributes too much to be so hip and cool with the kids and also ditches Helen. He even suffers from the same Flanderization that he got in Chuck E. Cheese in the Galaxy 5000. He also loves to serve leftover pizza and makes up his "I can't cook" as an excuse.
    • Chuck E isn't the only one as Helen is flanderized to being this hen who is sexist towards roosters thinking that hens are more superior than roosters and Mr. Munch, being a greedy monster who cares more about pizza and is just as dumb as he was in Chuck E. Cheese in the Galaxy 5000. At least Chef Pasqually and Jasper were not flanderized.
    • Sol Badguy is a generic edgelord.
    • The Yellow M&M is flanderized into overly patriotic fictional candy and is very obsessed with America (even the Red M&M is pissed off about Yellow's behavior). Though like Terry, he is not completely flanderized. Despite all this, he can still be annoying.
    • Steven Universe is also still likable, yet he simply becomes obsessed with eating sugary snacks (like Ice Cream) and junk food. What's worse, he never gets punished for doing so. He even says that "desserts first, my real food last", which is a terrible message. Another instance of this is when he claims that he can survive on junk food if he's stranded on an island, which is impossible.
    • In fact, the Gems are more flanderized compared to Steven himself.
      • Garnet being a gangsta like Buffon, who acts more than just hip.
      • Amethyst is a lazy and gluttonous bum, which can be compared to Beast Boy from Teen Titans Go, albeit just as mature as usual.
      • Pearl is an overprotective and hypocritical moral guardian, who has a massive ego.
      • Peridot is a geek who treats other people (including the Gems) like they're dumb, thus making her a generic know-it-all.
      • Lapis is a cowardly and incompetent Gem who has a split personality which comes more uncanny than fun also just as OP as Hua Mulan in the 2020 remake.
      • Bismuth becomes a numbnut who thinks ANTIFA is good.
    • Crash Bandicoot becomes WAY too childish. Sure he's crazy, but not crazy as in annoying!
    • Cuphead is reduced into a Christian nut-job who has a huge hateboner for atheists that he even shoots them, albeit he doesn't kill as he uses magical bullets, and keeps calling them Satan's workers when Atheism and Satanism are not the same. Just because Cuphead defeated The Devil does not mean he has to act like a Christian zealot.
    • Spyro becomes a selfish dragon to the point that he starts a rivalry with Crash Bandicoot to see who is more famous and is a greedy dragon who lives with gems.
    • Charlie Brown is even a bigger punching bag than he already was (especially in certain scenes) same goes for Clank and Daxter, who also became bigger punching bags.
    • Guy-Am-I is a miserable miser.
    • Despite Arthur Read coming from a show that was created by both Canada and America, he takes his hatred towards Canada way too seriously simply because his creator (Marc Brown) is American. One scene proves it as the USA League was having pancakes for breakfast. When Mickey Mouse was asking Arthur if he wanted some syrup, Arthur said "I'm not putting Canadian toxic waste on my pancakes" only for Arthur to use an American brand of Maple Syrup instead of the one Mickey was going to give to Arthur thus saying "Now this is true American syrup".
    • The Simpson family and the Griffin family are even more flanderized than they were in the newer seasons of both The Simpsons and Family Guy.
      • Homer is now a complete jerkass who doesn't care for his friends or family and essentially became the yellow version of Peter Griffin from the modern seasons of Family Guy.
      • Bart is now a mean-spirited bully who picks on his Lisa for no reason and likes to engage in beating up cats for no reason.
      • Lisa is now a complete SJW who supports every protest she sees and likes to ruin people's lives whenever they are canceled on Twitter for a stupid reason.
      • Marge is now a strict, annoying mother who grounds her children whenever they do something simple as watching television.
      • Peter Griffin is now just a horrible human being who tries to kill everyone he sees and he supports racism, antisemitism, homophobia, police brutality, domestic abuse, cancel culture, death threats, etc.
      • Lois is now an annoying Mary Sue who tries to defend Peter even when he is doing something bad.
      • Chris is now a stereotype of people with autism and gives a negative portrayal of them.
      • Meg is now completely unsympathetic despite the fact she is still a butt-monkey, as she only obsesses about killing her family, including Stewie and Brian.
    • Randall Weems has turned into a pervert who claims to have a sex tape of T.J. Detweiler and Ashley Spinelli. Both characters call him out for this. He even tried to watch Penny Proud take a shower before her father kicks him out of the house.
    • Rolento F. Schugerg has turned into an obsessive anti SJW/white nationalist type of character who threatens to kill those who come from other countries or don't agree with him.
    • Sol Badguy is reduced to a try-hard edgelord that does not have the same charm as he did in the Guilty Gear franchise.
    • Rufus from Street Fighter IV takes his hatred towards Ken Masters to the extreme to the point where he even attempted to choke Ken Masters. The latter of whom manages to escape.
    • Bubbles has turned into a helpless and overly childish crybaby who can't even stand up for herself.
    • Fuzzy Lumpkins is now a stereotypical redneck/toxic right-winger who hates gun control and threatens to kill people who don't get off his property.
    • Sandy Cheeks is now racist towards other parts of the world such as saying "Oh, isn't Japan the country that only watches anime 24/7"?
    • Mr. Krabs has become even greedier than he was before and will go as far as to accept any bribe, even if it's to kill someone, he is essentially worse than Mr. Burns and Mr. Goodman combined.
    • Patrick Star becomes a Gary-Stu who never gets punished for his actions. His stupidity also annoys everybody including Terry.
    • Peter Porker/Spider-Ham becomes a jerk who trolls innocent people and makes fun of people that he hates for no reason.
    • Dipper and Mabel Pines are now liars who think that they can get away with a situation just by lying.
    • Lightning McQueen is now an overconfident jackass who refuses to listen to wisdom.
    • Flint Lockwood is now dumb, like when he tries to repair something, he always fails to do so, like electrocuting himself.
    • Officer Earl is now obsessed with arresting those that do not like America.
    • Shrek is even more of a gross bastard and is more of an angry asshole than he was. This includes treating to beat up Donkey if he watches anime in his swamp. He's also obsessed with Smash Mouth and thinks that his life was better before he met Donkey.
    • Donkey from Shrek loves eating waffles and is more obnoxious.
    • Manny the Mammoth is portrayed as a no-fun mammoth who acts like he's generically serious. He also gets annoyed so easily that he's unlikeable.
    • Sid the Sloth became a pathetic sloth who is even more irritating than he was in Ice Age Collision Corse. He also screams a lot.
    • Popeye puts spinach in every food item to exist, thus making him a toxic vegan.
    • Balrog is now a competitive try-hard who only cares about winning boxing matches and gambling. He even likes to punch people at random.
    • Bugs Bunny becomes a nostalgia-tard.
    • The Loud Siblings (except Lincoln and Lily, who weren't flanderized for some reason yet still become likable) from The Loud House have also been dumbed down in the movie. You see, Lori becomes a bigger asshole who does not like anime and will even assault people who love anime, Lucy is an edgelord who worships emo, metal, and rap music, Lisa is a conspiracy theorist who makes up lame theories, Lynn is a bigger tryhard who is obsessed with sports, Luna is a toxic K-Pop hater and a rock and metal elitist, Lola wishes death on people she hates and also acts like a ruling dictator, Luan loves to make terrible jokes/cruel pranks and can't be serious (Even on situations where it's serious like when Terry was almost defeated by Senator Armstrong, but thankfully he survived), Lana is useless, and Leni is sexist.
    • Wreck-It Ralph becomes a fraud who never pays his taxes and gets away with it scot-free. He also never gets arrested, most likely because he's probs a hobo/video game character and he's also still likable.
    • Jon Arbuckle still has his Flanderization in this film.
    • Unikitty acts like candy is more important than life.
    • Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde believe that everything on the internet is true.
    • Modecai and Rigby worship American FPS to death.
    • Tom and Jerry feel like they were shoehorned in the film and serve no purpose to be in the film, other than to do their moments in the film, similar to the Tom & Jerry crossover movies.
    • Guile is also a xenophobe, yet it is worse than Sandy's, where he would beat up anyone who isn't American for no reason (even though he comes from a fighting game, he isn't racist, to begin with).
    • Mario and Luigi, despite being created by the Japanese and being more Italian than American, somehow appear in the film. You see, the Italian-American brothers themselves are brothers who are so obsessed with American politics and fight against each other for their political views, with Luigi being an obsessive democrat and Mario being an obsessive republican.
    • Dexter has turned into an anti-social maniac.
    • Dee Dee has become even more annoying and destructive than she was in Dexter's Laboratory.
    • Olga "Lalavava" Astronomonov now has a crush on Dexter and is always stalking him.
    • Major Glory is now an obsessive American who attacks people for not standing up during the national anthem.
    • Valhallen is a hardcore rock/metal elitist like Luna Loud, and he is a toxic hater of modern pop and rap music.
    • Jimmy Neutron is now a generic Know-it-all guy.
    • Carl Wheezer is also flanderized into a kid who won't shut up about Jimmy's mom.
    • Sheen Estevez is now so obsessed over Ultralord to the point where he even preferred his Utralord merchandise over his friends.
    • Doc Louis is now crazy addicted to chocolate.
    • Sans is a lazy bum who can be a narcist who always praises himself for being popular on the internet.
    • Papyrus is reduced into a dumber and incompetent skeleton who thinks he's too dumb to live. He also attempts to get Sans in trouble and always complains about how he's not as popular as his brother.
    • The Jim Henson puppets, including the ones from The Muppets, Sesame Street, Labyrinth, Fraggle Rock, and the Dark Crystal are still pretty likable. The problem is that they only exist to be present. It's like they are shoehorned. Despite all this, at least none are flanderized.
    • ALF also suffers from this, despite being a non-Jim Henson character.
    • Alphys is a bisexual stereotype who only exists to offend bisexuals
    • The Engineer from Team Fortress 2 attempting to solve problems and is too obsessed with doing so.
    • Shaggy Rodger, Fred Jones, Velma Dinkley, and Daphne Blake are now reduced to teenage stereotypes like those who care about trends.
    • Yakko, Wakko, and Dot are now reduced to hippies who act too much more than just hippies.
    • Buddy Thunderstruck is now an immature manchild, just like in Get the Hock Out and Cannonballistic.
    • Little Suzy now has a crush on Johnny Bravo even though there is an age gap between the two.
    • Coco Bandicoot is now cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.
    • Dr. Cortex becomes eviler than he was in the Naughty Dog trilogy, though whether this is good or bad is subjective.
    • Brad Carbunkle tries to hit on almost every girl he sees, making him feel like a lifeless Johnny Bravo clone.
    • Earthworm Jim shoots dirt at anyone who annoys him.
    • Penny Proud is now a progressive SJW/Lisa Simpson clone.
    • Dijonay Jones will do anything to impress Sticky Webb, to the point where she even tried to take off her clothes in front of him. When Sticky Webb runs away, she shouts: "Wait, Sticky! I haven't even took off my bra yet!".
    • Duke Anoi is now a toxic vegan and animal rights activist who supports PETA. He even threatened to kill Oscar Proud just because he likes to eat Salisbury steak.
    • The Gross Sisters have turned into ghetto hominid gangsters who always break the law as if they weren't unlikable enough. They also join the Mad Gear Gang for some reason.
    • Star Butterfly became a generic weeaboo who obsesses over anime/Japanese culture 24/7.
    • Papa Bear, Mama, Bear, Sister Bear, and Brother Bear from the Berenstain Bears are a little more than just hillbillies who annoy viewers and have a huge addiction to honey.
      • Mama Bear is a sufferable moron who rants too much about Mexico.
      • Papa Bear is a doofus who complains about classic stuff making him somewhat of a modern tard and is crazy obsessed with fish.
      • Sister Bear is a spoiled brat who never learns from life lessons, which is ironic since the franchise they come from teaches kids things.
      • Brother Bear is a creator's pet who is an Idiot Houdini.
    • Sam Sparks is a Mary Sue, which is the female equivalent of the Gary-Stu trope.
    • Sly Cooper is now a homophobe who only steals from the LGBT community. Even Bentley and Murray called out Sly for this.
    • Even Bentley and Murray are also flanderized. Bentley becomes this turtle who makes fun of Murray being fat which is just mean, and Murray is now a bigger glutton than before and fights against Patrick Star too much. Though at least Murray is the least flanderized.
    • Chowder is now a gluttonous eater who managed to eat everything in the buffet before anyone else did. Mung Daal and Schnitzel call him out for this.
    • Ratchet is now just as flanderized as his appearance in this film same goes for Captain Qwark to some extent. To make Ratchet worse, his personality in this film combines his personality from the 2016 film with his arrogant self from the original game that which he made his first debut.
    • Piplup doesn’t act like a Pokemon or stay faithful to his origins, who nearly Gets himself and others killed every chance he or his comrades gets attacked
    • Doremi Harukaze became a Witchling with responsibilities to a complete power-mad psycho child who becomes an antagonist
    • Garfield becomes more of an unlikeable jerk than he already was.
    • Nermal is now a Gary-Stu.
    • Bucky Katt became an outright psycho.
    • Fungo basically follows Goldwin's Laws by calming unimportant things worse than Hitler.
    • Rat went über-SJW and attack anyone who criticizes him.
    • Goat became an annoyingly crazy idiot.
    • The Crocs have no important role whatsoever, other than trying to eat Zebra.
    • Firey is stripped of his charm and is now a one-dimensional himbo.
    • Liy is now an edgelord who kills for fun, which goes against her original motivations in BFB.
    • Bracelety is now a religious nut-job who wishes death on people who don't worship Ice Cube as much as she does.
    • Taco is even more of a Karen and shouts at people for accidentally recording her.
    • Angel Dust is a gay stereotype.
    • Vaggie is now an obnoxious SJW who has multiple online arguments about how she's always right.
    • Alastor is now a creep who sells organs on the dark web.
    • George and Harold are even bigger trouble makers than they already are. No, not in a likable way, but in a way where they are not funny. You see, George and Harold love pranking on the Latin Americans thinking that Latin America is a rip-off of the USA.
    • The crewmates from Among Us serve no purpose to be in this movie other than being comedians who only exist to make Among Us jokes. They only speak in Vyond text-to-speech voices, which is lazy.
    • The Buc ee's Beaver is now a useless character who only exists to be hip and trendy with the young crowd.
    • The San Antonio Spurs Coyote became a mediocre fanboy.
    • Felicia from Darkstalkers became a toxic The Pussycat Dolls stan who often has fights with several people and all of that. She is also obsessed with Sex and Ice Cream.
    • Julia Chang is now a healthy food obsessed psychopath who has a hatred for sweets and meat to the point where she shoves heathy eating morals down the viewers throat.
    • K.O. turns out to be unlikeable as he has the personality traits of the titans from Teen Titans Go!
    • The Bears like to invade properties and destroy them, and they become Gary-Stus.
      • Panda is now a Toxic K-Pop Stan and an Obsessive Anti-Weeaboo.
      • Grizzly is now acting wild, and he likes to scream and shout.
      • Ice Bear can not know his name and a sociopath.
    • Finn and Jake are now lazy couch potatoes who cannot do something simple and are less adventurous.
    • Princess Bubblegum and Marceline are reduced as bisexual stereotypes.
    • The characters from U Got 45'd, despite being a British franchise, are in this film because both films, Love Isn't in the Fucking Air and A New Generation (not to be confused with the American MLP film with the same name) are American. They are also flanderized horribly.
    • Speaking of My Little Pony: A New Generation, the characters from this film are also flanderized.
  2. This movie has a ton of inaccurate history about America, such as how they made hippos into hippies or how Mickey Mouse existed way before Oswald the Lucky Rabbit did.
  3. The jokes in this movie are either childish, fall out flat, offensive, or even pointless, some even repeat themselves over and over again throughout the movie:
    • There are a few scenes where they tell awful puns, such as Daxter from Jak and Daxter saying: "Well, I'm fed up with FedEx" and a scene where Mickey Mouse says: "Well, I'll be a Mickey D's, this food is delicious".
    • There is a recurring joke where Stan Smith wakes up and sings his "Good Morning USA" song every time a new day begins. While it is funny at first and it is a nice callback to the American Dad intro, it gets annoying halfway through the film because they use that joke every time it is a new day in the film.
  4. Despite this movie being a huge crossover film, and even though many of the characters still do get a decent amount of screen time due to the film's ridiculously long screen time, Terry, Stan Smith, and SpongeBob get way too much screen time in this movie, and a handful of American characters or characters that were created by America yet only a few characters just have a minor role or only appear once like Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Ned Flanders, Junior Asparagus, Laura Carrot, Digger Sam, Digger Dave, Lee Lee, Mee Mee, Robin Snyder, Wally Ramone, Suga Mama, Wizard Kelly, Cree Lincoln, Moana, Clyde, and his dads, and Andy Bogard.
    • Aside from Roger and Klaus, Stan's family barely get any screen time in the movie, which was wasted potential for their characters.
  5. Even though the entire movie takes place in America, it does feature some American stereotypes such as some (if not all) Americans being racist or relying on fast food.
  6. This movie can't tell if it wants to be a kids flick since it does try to be family-friendly at the least at a PG level, or something for older audiences since some jokes are bad and the fights are just as intense as what you would find in a Shonen Manga (though no blood and still a family-friendly movie).
  7. Tons of shameless product placements in the form of McDonald's, Disney, Microsoft, Mars Bars, Warner Bros., Burger King, Wendy's, Chuck E. Cheese, A&W Restaurants, Procter & Gamble, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Carl's Jr., Target, Walmart, Old Navy, Adidas, Puma, Government Accountability Project, Sonic Drive-In, Verizon, Nike, Amazon, FedEx, Baskin-Robbins, American Airlines, Roku, Cabela's, NASCAR, Bass Pro Shops, Bank of America, Geico, Jeep, Ford, Chevy, Google, America Online, Oscar Mayer, John Deere, Buc-ee's, YouTube, Dairy Queen, Dell, Starbucks, Chevron, AT&T, NBA, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, ABC, Hostess, NBC, New Balance, PBS, Tabasco, GrubHub, JCPenney, The Justice, Half Price Books, Waffle House, Party City, Home Depot, Macy's, Best Buy, IKEA, CiCi's Pizza, Pizza Hut, Universal, Pringles, Aldi, 99 Cents Only Stores, Disney Infinity, Raising Cane's, etc.
  8. Some scenes in this movie are just pure filler and have nothing to do with the story at all. It's just there for no reason whatsoever, and they do not make any sense.
    • Most of the characters play a game of Among Us, which not only feels forced in, but it has no impact on the story.
    • The scene where the US gang sings an awful cover of "Africa" by TOTO adds nothing to the story, not helping by the fact that most of the singing provided by SpongeBob sounds absolutely terrible.
    • Rocko, Crash Bandicoot, Numbuh 4, Tiny Tiger, Dingodile, and Coco Bandicoot trying to go to Australia.
    • Henry Stickmin making a cult with the Crewmates from Among Us.
    • Rigby and Mordecai playing FPS Games
    • Steven Universe going to Dairy Queen only to force DQ to make Cookie Cat Ice Cream which fails to do so.
    • Tom and Jerry chasing each other.
    • Brian Griffin and Snoopy compete with each other to do a dance-off of the famous dance from Peanuts.
    • One scene depicts Aku Aku ordering a New York Style B O N E L E S S pizza while Miles Morales went to go get the pizza that Aku Aku ordered. Before that, Jimmy Gourd and Jerry Gourd were debating on if they want Chicago pizza or New York pizza, while Gru wanted stuffed crust pizza.
    • The characters eat some typical American foods like some would eat either cheeseburgers, gumbo, Hawaiian haystack, rice and gravy, french fries, bbq, hot dogs, mac and cheese, cobb salad, pot roast, deep-dish pizza, stuffed crust pizza, fried dough, corn dogs, chicken fried steak, meatloaf, Tex-Mex, chicken and waffles, buffalo wings, Frito pie, etc.
    • Sam-I-Am serves almost all of the characters Green Eggs and Ham for breakfast.
    • Felicia getting drunk at Napa Flats in College Station, Texas. She also goes to Blue Baker and spanks her rear in front of the customers, causing her to get kicked out.
    • An abysmal scene where the characters go to a strip club and dance to "Pump Up The Jam" by Technotronic, it even involved most of the characters twerking too!
    • Larry the Cucumber, Hunter the Cheetah, Maui, Barley Lightfoot, Leni Loud, Peni Parker, Blossom, Star Butterfly, Sodom, Crash Bandicoot, Petunia Rhubarb, and Coiny wanting to watch an anime and look for one on Roku until Spyro gets mad at them saying "We're Americans, we can't watch anime" thus made Spyro forced them to watch an MCU movie. Just because you're an American doesn't mean you can't watch anime.
    • Earthworm Jim uses his head whip in a hair wrestling match with Sedusa, and pulls out his gun and shoots dirt at her 10 minutes into the match.
    • The M&Ms making an M&Ms commercial that feels like a commercial being shoehorned into a freaking movie!
    • Ron Stoppable and Muscle Man competing against each other in a speed-eating contest that ends up in a tie.
    • Mikey Blumberg and Angelica Pickles compete against each other in a singing competition that lasts for 20 minutes. Mikey Blumberg is the winner.
    • A scene with Team RWBY is that they make an entire filler scene that feels like a RWBY Chibi episode (except team RWBY are not in their chibi forms) being shoved during the film where they burn up every single copy of Ninjas of love which caused Blake to have a mental breakdown or another scene where Yang accidentally eats a gum that causes her to swell up into a massive blueberry like form which caused the main cast to go on a quest to find a cure, but they give up afterward. How rude.
    • Jake Spidermonkey climbs on top of the Empire State Building and shouts, "Look at me, I'm King Kong!". But he gets shot by Mordecai and Rigby, which leads to the death of Jake Spidermonkey.
    • Fetch from Fetch! With Ruff Ruff Man hosting a game show which feels like a Fetch cartoon being shoved in a freaking movie.
    • Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan seek to look for the lost treasure of San Miguel, which feels forced and have nothing to do with the story.
    • Scout from Team Fortress 2 participating in a baseball game, which is just as long as an actual baseball game.
    • Hustler Kid selling drugs.
    • Julia Chang ruining a birthday party in Raising Cane's.
    • Tina Armstrong doing a model shoot that lasts for 40 minutes.
    • Oscar Proud running all the way from California to New York and back.
    • Freddy Fazbear making a double deep dish stuffed crust pizza and destroying the kitchen in the process.
    • Crash Bandicoot shouting a really loud "WOAHHHH!!!" through 40 megaphones.
    • Chuck E. Cheese serving leftover pizza without Pasqually's notice.
    • Homer Simpson attempting to take a crap in the toilet which lasts for five minutes.
    • Angelica Pickles, Princess Morbucks, Bonnie Rockwaller, Ashley Armbruster, Tiff Crust, and Bebe Bluff playing a half-hour game of spin the bottle.
    • Doc Louis raiding Hersheypark in Pennsylvania.
    • Peni Parker eating tons of candy in one scene which goes on and on.
    • The characters playing basketball.
    • Balrog and Mr. Sandman having a really long boxing match.
    • Bunny the Powerpuff Girl in the WWE.
    • Lightning McQueen in Nascar.
    • One scene shows 5 minutes of Doremi attempting to make Mac and Cheese for Norm and failing to do so while she is at it.
    • Firey and Coiny singing "doin ya mom" by Fatty Spins.
    • Finn and Jake playing BMO for so long.
    • Panda practicing K-Pop Dances.
    • Luna Loud and Marceline doing a guitar battle.
  9. The infamous 4th of July promo that features most of the characters singing the National Anthem which feels like a copy of the infamous 4Kids National Anthem.
  10. The film tries way too hard to pander to the 90s and 2000s nostalgia with the inclusion of characters from old shows on Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, Fox Kids, PBS Kids, Jetix, and many more. Even though, at least it tries to add the 2010s-2020s characters as well, which is a good variety.
  11. In some scenes, it uses earrape as an attempt to make people laugh. For instance, in a scene where Phoenix Wright says OBJECTION during a court trial, Homer Simpson screams when he gets hit, Fix-it Felix chugging down root beer but doesn't get drunk on it and he just burped instead, etc.
  12. Tends to shove some memes in the movie, which feels forced to begin with like when Marge Simpson says "I just think they're neat", Ian Lightfoot making a Pixar Theory, or Officer Earl running.
  13. The film's poster is misleading because it has certain characters, such as the Teen Titans Go! incarnations of the Teen Titans, but they are nowhere to be seen nor mentioned.
  14. It portrays other parts of the world that isn't the USA very poorly, especially Canada, which is considered xenophobia. OH HO HO HO, THAT IS A BIG NO-NO.
    • As a matter of fact, there was one scene where Patrick and Squidward attack Ryan Reynolds and Seth Rogen in a rather unpleasant way possible.
    • Another scene is when SpongeBob burns a Canada flag.
  15. False Advertising: The main legit villain of the movie hinted that either Geese Howard, Bill Cipher, Mayor Shelbourne, Balthazar Bratt, The Wicked Witch of the West, Freddy Krueger, an imposter from Among Us, the FNAF Animatronics, Psycrow, Dr. Phillium Benedict, Mojo Jojo, Him, Sedusa, Fuzzy Lumpkins, The Gangreen Gang, Mina Loveberry, Vlad Plasimus, King Goobot, Professor Calamitous, Cinder Fall, Slade, Gizmo, Jinx, Micah Bell, Dr. Drakken, Shego, Vexus, Belger, Senator Armstrong, Ghetsis, Lusamine, Guzma, Dr. Carver II's clone, Ripto, Jason Voorhees, Pennywise the Dancing Clown (the 2017 version), Evil Leafy, Siren Head, Dr. Cortex, Emperor Palpatine or even Thanos. However, they still appear in the movie as villains still. But the main legit villain is, for some reason, none other than Norm from Norm of the North, which is a terrible excuse for a villain since he doesn't act like a villain and tries way too hard to be one without the help of his apprentice; Doremi Harukaze. The reason why Norm is the main villain is that how he hated the fact that the movie that he comes from sucks.
    • Speaking of Norm, he isn't acting like a villain in the movie, as already mentioned, and it seems like he has no clue about what he's doing. If he's the main villain of the movie, why does he still do good things most of the time? Even Norm is aware of this by breaking the fourth wall about the fact that he has no idea how to be the villain. In other words, Norm is not really a threat and not a great villain. This movie as a result would Dr. Cortex as the true villain since he was the one who did most of the villainy. So in other words, Norm is not a villain despite being treated like one for some reason. It's like if this movie portrays Norm like he's Satan despite Norm just being a polar bear from a bad movie. Yes, his movie does suck, but that's no excuse to make him a punching bag.
  16. This movie seems to take hatred towards anime and Japan way too seriously like when Sam I Am's eyes almost bleed just by watching anime or when Spyro and Ratchet go to an anime convention and start a fire there which is just offensive. There's even an infamous scene where Fix-It Felix played Fire Emblem Heroes on his smartphone (Ironic, since Felix is a video game character himself, he should've game jumped) and said that this game does have some gorgeous looking girls, but Lori shows up and notices that the game Felix had features anime art style so she stole Felix's phone at night and attempted to uninstall the game (though she failed to so since Felix's phone was secured). The thing is that she didn't think about breaking his phone in the first place.
    • What's hypocritical about this is that includes American characters from Japanese media like Fatal Fury, Guilty Gear, and Final Fight.
    • Then there was another scene where Luna Loud was forced to go to a J-Pop concert, thanks to Leni, who tricked her into doing so. You see, Luna can't stand hearing J-Pop music, so she actually got her guitar and played her rock music so loud that she interrupted the J-Pop concert with the help of Spyro, Lori, and Wreck-It Ralph. What's worse is that they never got punished for causing so much commotion during the concert.
  17. Breaks so much logic on so many levels which can result in plot holes like when Crash Bandicoot gives Snoopy chocolate which is dog poison, yet the dog survives and Crash never got punished by it.
    • There is even a scene where Valhallen and Rodrick Heffley make a petition to ban K-Pop in the U.S. which is not only racist against Koreans but also counts as elitist behavior.
    • There is another scene where the group attempts to climb onto a mountain when there was a sign that said "climbing prohibited". Yes, even they never get punished as well.
    • Yang goes back to normal, and for some reason, it never explains how Yang stopped being a blueberry.
  18. The movie copies elements from other crappy movies like The Emoji Movie, Chuck E. Cheese in the Galaxy 5000, Foodfight, The Cat in the Hat (2003), Norm of the North, Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2, Cats and most notably United Kingdom: The Movie.
  19. The soundtrack is so lazy and unoriginal because it mostly contains songs that were made in America, mainly patriotic songs. It seems like the people behind the film never bothered to make their own music score.
  20. The infamous scene where Guy-Am-I WISHES DEATH on Sam-I-Am. That wasn't so Dr. Seuss
    • Another infamous scene is when the Loud siblings started to fight against each other due to a freaking internet connection being turned off by accident. To make things worse, it was filler, and most of the characters in the film who do not come from The Loud House join the fight, which makes it even worse. Even Terry Bogard joined the unnecessary fight.
    • Crash Bandicoot and Coco Bandicoot throwing Bubsy off the movie. No one punishes them.
    • And let's not forget the scene where Spyro and Sparx try to steal Steven's gem that is located in his belly which led to Hunter calling Spyro out for this. Spyro, because Steven has a gem on his belly, does not mean that you have to try to steal it from him as it's part of Steven's body.
  21. The scene where Terry Bogard, Jasper T Jowls, Yellow M&M, and The Loud Siblings from The Loud House sing the song Road Trippin' Blues. It not only feels unnecessary since it's not a musical, but it's also stupid. TBH, however, the cover is surprisingly good.
  22. There is one infamous scene when all of the characters raided the Capitol, this cause a controversial lawsuit between the US government and Hollywood against the production studios for making themselves a fool, mocking those who died on January 6. The director responds with an "apology", but never donates or even give up the money from his box office.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. The premise itself sounds interesting despite its not being executed well.
  2. The animation and backgrounds look well done.
  3. Some characters are not flanderized or not completely flanderized like Terry, Red M&M, Yellow M&M, Blue M&M, Green M&M, Orange M&M, Charlie Brown, Lincoln Loud, Lily Loud, Team RWBY, Fred Flintstone, Blue Mary, Barney Rubble, Steven Universe, Dipper Pines, Kim Possible, Ron Stoppable, Jenny Wakeman, Mickey, Rocko, Jak, Maui, Ren (unlike his Adult Party counter-part), Stimpy, Hunter the Cheetah, Bob the Tomato, Larry the Cucumber, Brian Griffin, Stewie Griffin, Junior Asparagus, Cody Travers, Guy, Mike Haggar, Little Mac, T.J. Detweiler, Greg Heffly, Rodrick Heffly, Manny Heffly, Ashley Spinelli, Vince LaSalle, Gretchen Grundler, Mikey Blumberg, Gus Griswald, Mugman, Penny Proud, Sticky Webb, BeBe and CeCe Proud, Sam-I-Am, Tommy Pickles, Phil and Lil Deville, Susie Carmichael, Chuckie Finster, Arnold Shortman, Gerald Johansen, Helga Pataki, Blossom, Robin, Beast Boy, Starfire, Calvin, Hobbes, Ben Tennyson, Doug Funnie, The Croods Family, Diego the Sabertooth Tiger, Fetch, Cyborg, Raven, Jacky Bryant, The Man with the Yellow Hat, Laura Carrot, Jimmy Gourd, Jerry Gourd, Mr. Lunt, Enid, Radicles, Pa Grape, Goofy, Donald Duck, Mung Daal, Schnitzel, Mettaton, Japser T. Jowls, Pasqually, Truffles, Peter Puppy, Snott, Princess What's-Her-Name, Pajama Sam, Bunny Bravo, Peni Parker, Mr. Nezzer, Petunia Rhubarb, Bruce Onion, Ian, Barley, Arlene, Odie, Mac Manc McManx, Satchel Pooch, Foodar, Chubby Hugs, Fleegle (unlike his movie counter-part), Bingo (unlike his movie counter-part), Drooper (unlike his movie counter-part), Snorky, Henry Stickmin, Gru, The Minions, Curious George, Pig, Zebra, Mordecai, Rigby, Charlie Morningstar, Leafy, Ruby, Luke Skywalker, and Captain America.
    • Brian and Stewie both have wonderful and enjoyable chemistry with each other.
      • Brian has also redeemed himself from the modern season of Family Guy and has become way more likable.
    • Despite being more of a punching bag, Charlie Brown is still sympathetic and likable.
    • The Minions are a lot more tolerable to those who hate the Minions and they're still funny characters.
    • Mickey Mouse is just as likable as he is in the actual cartoons.
    • Dipper and Steven, the two iconic protagonists of the 2010s, became likable again as the two have a bond and they have in common, as they go on adventures, save worlds (sorta), and have girlfriends such as Pacifica and Connie.
    • Luke Skywalker and Captain America teaming up are pretty entertaining to watch and unite both Marvel and Star Wars fans altogether.
  4. The fight scenes are lengthy but awesome.
    • The best fight scene was the last fight scene for the movie as when Norm sacrificed his life to save Doremi, she fell into despair and absorbs the 6 human souls to become a goddess and summon the other antagonists to her aid.
    • The fight scene between Terry Bogard and Ken Masters is simply amazing
    • The aforementioned scene is when Luke and Cap fight alongside each other. Guess Disney's properties were paid off.
  5. Have some unintentionally funny moments like when The Simpsons and the Griffins go after each other.
  6. The scene where the Griffin family and the Smith family meet each other is hilarious.
  7. Cody Travers and Guy have their original uniforms from Final Fight.
  8. Awesome voice acting. Every character is voiced by their proper voice actors except the ones whose voice actor died prior to production.
  9. Heartwarming scenes that are just plenty including...
    • Terry's relationship with Blue Mary. In fact, Terry Bogard marries Blue Mary in the post-credits scene.
    • Steven reuniting with the Gems.
    • Dipper told Pacifica he loves her.
  10. Larry the Cucumber's epic tuba solo. Also, let's not forget to mention Luna Loud's epic guitar solo.
  11. Despite being extremely repetitive, the scenes where Stan Smith wakes up in the morning and sings "Good Morning USA" is a nice callback to the American Dad intro and is funny before it gets repetitive halfway through the film.
  12. The scene when Crash Bandicoot and Coco finally meet Jak and Daxter was awesome considering that both Crash and Coco were once owned by Naughty Dog. The same goes for Spyro and Hunter meets Ratchet and Clank
  13. The scene where Blue Mary remembers her backstory before she met Terry Bogard was emotional. In fact, the movie even mentions how Terry and Mary met.

  • The movie received negative reviews from critics and audiences alike, mainly due to the Flanderization of several characters and story problems, the movie was a box office success and made $570 million worldwide, but it wasn't as much of a success as United Kingdom: The Movie was. The movie currently has a 17% critic score and a 31% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, a 4.9/10 rating on IMDb, and a weighted score of 32 out of 100 on Metacritic, indicating "generally unfavourable reviews"

  1. It was originally going to be a musical, but it was scrapped.
  2. Many trailers for the movie often parodied different famous movies:
    • The first teaser trailer parodies the opening scene to 2001: A Space Odyssey with the sun rising over earth whilst "Also Sprach Zarathustra" plays.
  3. Larry the Cucumber was originally going to be flanderized into a religious nut-job akin to Bob the Cucumber from Drawn Together. It was scrapped because the directors felt it was too offensive to Christian vegetables.
  4. This takes place during the events of United Kingdom: The Movie.
  5. Before Terry was decided to be the main character, the creators wanted either SpongeBob, Ken Masters, Lincoln Loud, Ratchet, Crash Bandicoot, Steven Universe, Stan Smith, Homer Simpson, Bugs Bunny, Mickey Mouse, Chicken-Chan, Sol Badguy, Little Mac, or Bob the Tomato to be the main character. They chose Terry Bogard instead because of his awesome "American" personality and characteristics that would relate to many Americans alike. Ironically enough, Chuck E. Cheese, Little Mac, Bob the Tomato, SpongeBob, Stan Smith, Shauntal, and Gru were almost decided as the main character until Terry Bogard took their place. Chuck E, Bob, Little Mac, SpongeBob, Shauntal, and Gru do have unused intro scenes where they are portrayed as the main character before Terry was chosen to be the lead character. In fact, the story would've been somewhat different.
    • Stan Smith and SpongeBob did end up managing to become one of the main characters, but only as companions.
  6. Because Chuck E. Cheese and his friends are present in the film, the Chuck E. Cheese chain of restaurants promoted this film. With that promotion, there is a pizza called the Chuck E. Cheese Patriotic Pizza which is a USA themed pizza that can be shaped either like SpongeBob, Bob the Tomato, Mickey Mouse, Curious George, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, a C as in Chuck E Cheese, or even a star (the star shape Terry Bogard has on his jacket). You can even get a Gooberberry Sunrise, a Cookie Cat, and a a Wumpa Fruit.
  7. It was initially going to have a crossover film with the UK movie, but it was canceled after the poor reception of this movie.
  8. In the Japanese release of the film, it is literally called アメリカ合衆国の映画:致命的な猛烈な映画 which means The United States Movie: A Fatally Furious Film. This is an obvious reference to Fatal Fury alone.
    • In the Spanish dub, the movie is called La Película de Estados Unidos: Fiesta Patriótica which translates The United States Movie: Patriotic Party.
