I have went to the history of the Rachet & Clank page and what FreezingTNT only did was fixing the page, nothing else, yet his fixed edits got revised and he got blocked (at least the block is only for 1 week)
I felt that some of the MovieInfobox templates were a bit outdated, so I created new ones as upcoming definitive MovieInfobox templates since some of those were blocked, but I had a change of heart and attempted to get those new templates deleted so an admin can copy my edits onto the original templates. Another user undid my edit and I tried to stop him, but he kept undoing my edits.
And on the Rachet & Clank page, I saw the title of the page being changed so the "&" in the title is now an "and", and I intended to correct that mistake since the official title of the film has an "&" in it (kind of like how Star Wars: The Last Jedi is officially called that and NOT Star Wars: Episode VIII — The Last Jedi). But another user undid my edits there as well, and I had to keep dealing with this.
Here's what happened: A while back, I tried to move that page to Ratchet & Clank, but the problem was it already existed as a redirect. What I was ACTUALLY trying to do was delete that redirect so I could move the Ratchet and Clank page back to that title.
Alright. And on an unrelated note, what do you think of 20th Century Fox becoming 20th Century Studios? I recall you having wanted a page about Disney's acquisition of the studio here because of the massive amount of layoffs (as we know, what massive merger doesn't result in so many layoffs?).
It's not just the layoffs; it also gives Disney way too much power, money and control, and this is a monopoly. They also shut down Fox 2000 on the first day of ownership of 21st Century Fox.
Monopolies are what happens when one company buys out all competition in the same field, not just one of them. And I think they shuttered Fox 2000 because it's redundant with Fox Searchlight, another indie distributor. They probably could've folded Fox 2000 into Searchlight. Maybe you could make a blog about it, like if you were given the green light to make it.
Didn’t TyrantRex tell you that the reason Solo failed was because it was released when other anticipated movies were released? If there was a “boycott” it wouldn’t have been so large-scale. And do you think people will boycott TROS as well?
Can we just go without one fucking day without some stupid Star Wars fanboy making a ridiculous claim? It's getting real old, and Last Jedi did not damage the Star Wars franchise!
Can't someone be free to think that a movie sold poorly because many viewers chose not to go watch it? Or is it now forbidden to think so because TyrantRex said differently? He would be the first one to tell you anyone can think what he wants to think.
Of course, that's what I said. Many people didn't go to watch it. And like you say it is probably because it didn't look that interesting compared to those other movies. It happens all the time, in this specific case many viewers were also not interested in a background story movie because many people think they are unnecessary, especially if done very late in a franchise. No big deal.
